TERMS & CONDITIONS

All Products are pre-order items and will take about 2-3 weeks 
after closing date for item(s) to reach you.

Orders will be sent to the supplier ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS 
and any payment submitted after 2pm will be pushed to the next pre-order.

We do offer supply, 
feel free to drop us an email for the supply rates. 

Please be 100% confirmed before submitting the order form.

You may send your orders to shopblushinn@hotmail.com if the order form is not working.

Invoice will be sent within 24hours after your submission of order form.
Please check your junk/spam folder, if you do not receive from us.

BLUSH INN will try to provide information (colours, sizes, etc) about our products as accurate as possible. 
However, there may be some errors or inaccuracies sometimes 
and BLUSH INN reserves the right to modify and correct these mistakes without notice.

In the event if item is out of stock, BLUSH INN will get restock from supplier within 1-2 weeks, 
hence waiting time might varies for such cases.

              Payment.                          

We accept payment via:

POSB/DBS ATM transfer

POSB/DBS iBanking transfer

COLLECTION MODE 

Normal Postage
$1.50 - Tops
$1.50 - Bottoms
$2.50 - Jeans/outerwear
$3.00 - Bags

Registered Postage
$3.50 - Tops
$3.50 - Bottoms
$4.00 - Jeans/outerwear
$4.50 - Bags
$1.00 will be incurred for every subsequent item.

Blush inn will not be liable for any lost mail via normal postage
Hence registered postage is strongly encouraged.

Self Collection

Self collection is available without any addtional charges and strictly only at Blk 208A Tampines ave 2 

Once items are ready for collection, you will be informed via text message/E-mail. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Discrepancy of measurements between 1cm – 2cm in our given measurements will not be considered as defect. 

- We do not offer returns or refunds due to sizing or colour issues,
thus do ensure that you check the measurement and colours clearly before submitting order forms.

If an item is defective, please provide us with a snapshot regarding the defects 
and email it to grab_go@hotmail.sg within 7 days after you received the item. 

After confirmation, item is to be mailed back to Blushinn within 3days, 
after this duration has expired,
we will not accept the return of the item.

Do note that in all cases of exchange, 
customers bear the shipping costs incurred in mailing the items back to Blushinn. 

Items must be in unwashed condition to be eligible for exchange.

Refund of payment will be ONLY be made if item is out of stock 
and there is NO restocks from supplier.
